New changes
Since last friday, we were finally able to put the new code in production. We hope this new change (followed with others) will help to keep PookMail running with a decent time response.
We know that a lot of users blamed us. Please accept our apologies but unfortunatelly we can not provide a better support .. we are not a Internet Big Company nor a little startup, notice we have our own jobs in other company.
We did PookMail just for fun and we will continue playing with it as we did for 4 years, but unfortunatelly we don't have 48h per day in our lives :)

Pookmail seems great (I just signed up) but I am unable to reply to emails because instead of a numeric code, all I see is the dreaded red "x".
I don't understand how to use it. I type a name to use and it says wait for an email and nothing shows up in the internet browser. Am I missing something. There also seems to be a thing that says login but there is no login options.

Unfortunatelly the "Reply" feature is unactive for the moment.
We had removed any feature that is not essential for the Service.
In the nexts months if the service is stable and have a good time response we will active it again.

Hope this helps you:
1. Send and email to your pookmail account, p.e. bobbytest@pookmail.com
2. Wait a minutes ...
3. Go to Pookmail.com an put "bobbytest" in the field form
4. Click the "Go" button
At this point you should be able to see your email sent at step #1.
